 The most know group is PETA,.  However, I would like to introduce people to the organization Vegan Outreach.  http://www.veganoutreach.org/about/index.html.   They are an outstanding organization who are very organized, informed, provide facts and solutions, and offer answers for many of your questions.  I strongly urge those who are interested in veganism and animal rights, and even more so doubters, to spend some time on their site.  It is time better spend than much internet cruising or cable TV watching.
