Delicious vegan foods come from all around the world, from vegan and vegetarian cultures, as well as throughout omnivorous traditions.  I did not expect it would be so easy , and satisying, to live a vegan lifestyle.  And the more I learn, the more I realize, how truly delicious and uncomprimised compromised  vegan living is -- a far cry from the granola/bunny food stereotypes that I grew up with.
