can someone please help me with identifying the meaning of the "its cheese"?

Not knowing the context nor the sayer, it might be a Germanism. "Käse" in Southern German usage translates (to the best of my limited abilities) to "rubbish" - pertaining to contents, not to people. There are other meanings depending on geography, intonation and socioeconomic status, but there might be minors reading this ;).
